1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using nichestacks ("we", "us", or "our") — our website and niche validation service (the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Description of Service
nichestacks uses AI to generate strategy reports — including market sizing, competitor analysis, keyword intelligence, and launch roadmaps — based on the niche or market descriptions you submit. Reports are provided for informational purposes to help you evaluate ideas. We use third-party tools, including an error-monitoring service, to keep the Service reliable and to diagnose technical issues.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Credits & Payments
Reports are generated using credits purchased in one-time, non-subscription packs. One credit produces one complete report. Credits do not expire. Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider and, except where required by law, are non-refundable once a report has been generated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, submitting unlawful or infringing content, or using it to build a competing product by systematically extracting our report methodology.
6. Intellectual Property
We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. Reports generated for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Reports are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, outdated data, or omissions. They are decision-support tools, not financial, legal, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a business decision.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nichestacks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on a generated report.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date below and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which nichestacks operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
